Raymond Noll 

Director of Animal Control Field Services with Porter

Raymond Noll joined the Washington Humane Society in June of 2012 as Director of Animal Control Field Services with 27 years of law enforcement and animal experience. He began training dogs at the age of 15. After becoming a Sheriff’s Officer in New Jersey, Ray graduated from the Atlantic City Police Canine Academy and spent 11 years in the K-9 Unit as a handler and trainer. Having strong community roots and a desire to help animals, Ray also served as a Pennsylvania State Humane Police Officer. Prior to joining WHS, Ray was the Chief of Special Police for the World Bank.
